Guests pay on iyzico's or Stripe's own payment page, so card details never reach QRbox.
Your own payment account
Connect your iyzico account in Turkey with its API keys, or your Stripe account elsewhere with a restricted key. The keys are checked with the provider and stored encrypted.
By card or at the table
Give guests at the table two ways: Pay by card or Pay at the table. Or switch on card only. Delivery orders are always paid by card.
PAID on the staff screen
An order paid by card reaches your staff once the payment is confirmed, marked PAID. A payment that isn't confirmed never reaches the kitchen.
Refunds on cancel
Cancel a paid order from the staff screen and the payment is refunded to the card in full; the guest sees it on their phone.
Test payment
Once your account is connected, make a small test payment from the Ordering page and refund it.
No commission
QRbox takes no share of payments. The provider's processing fee is whatever you have agreed with iyzico or Stripe.
Card payments in three steps
Online payment works on top of the Table ordering module; both are included in every plan.
Add table ordering
Add your tables and open the staff screen first: paying by card is the last step of an order.
Connect your account
Paste your iyzico or Stripe keys and QRbox checks them with the provider. Try it with a test payment.
Switch on card payments
Choose card or at the table, or card only. The Pay by card button appears on the guest's order.
What you need
Online payment is included in every plan; there's nothing extra to pay QRbox.
- The Table ordering module. The payment pays for the order the guest sends. Delivery orders use the same payment.
- An iyzico or Stripe account. iyzico for businesses in Turkey, Stripe in the countries it supports: an approved account for live payments.
- A tablet or phone for your staff. You see paid orders and refunds on the staff screen.
Do you take a commission?
No. QRbox takes no share of payments. iyzico or Stripe charge a processing fee under the agreement you have with them.
Where does the money go?
Straight into the iyzico or Stripe account you connected, and on to your bank on the provider's schedule. It never passes through QRbox.
Do card details reach QRbox?
No. Guests enter their card on iyzico's or Stripe's own payment page. QRbox only learns the result by asking the provider.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
A paid order cancelled from the staff screen is refunded to the card in full. If the refund fails, its card says so and the staff can try again.
Which countries does it work in?
Turkey with iyzico, and the countries Stripe supports with Stripe. QRbox suggests which one by your menu's currency.
Who issues the receipt or invoice?
Your business does, through your own till or POS device. QRbox doesn't issue receipts or invoices.
