Your own menu link
Your menu's delivery link opens straight on delivery. Put it in your Instagram profile, on Google Maps, in WhatsApp and on the flyer in the bag.
Delivery areas
You set each area's delivery fee, minimum order and extra time, and can make delivery free over an amount. Areas not on your list can't order.
Delivery prices
Change your menu prices for delivery by a percentage, or give a dish its own delivery price. Switch off dishes that don't travel well.
Card payment, into your account
Guests pay by card as they order, into your iyzico (Turkey) or Stripe (elsewhere) account. There's no paying at the door: an unpaid order never reaches your staff.
Contract and pre-order information
Before paying, guests accept the pre-order information and the distance sales contract. Once paid, both are emailed to them under your business's name.

Orders arrive with a sound, with the address, phone number, Open in Maps and the driver's slip. Start preparing, Packed, On the way, Delivered, and the guest follows each step on their own order page.

Add your delivery areas with their fees and minimums, and set the preparation time and your delivery prices.
Connect your payment account
Enter your iyzico or Stripe keys; QRbox checks them with the provider and stores them encrypted. Fill in your seller details and tick the checklist.
Share your link
Put your delivery link and its QR code on Instagram, Google Maps and the delivery bag. Orders land on your staff screen.
What you need
Delivery is part of the Table ordering module and works with Online payment. All of it is included in every plan.
- An iyzico or Stripe account. iyzico in Turkey, Stripe elsewhere: an approved account for live payments.
- Your seller details. Your business name, address and tax or VAT number, shown on the menu and with every order. Before switching delivery on, you tick the checklist for your country.
- A tablet or phone for your staff. The staff screen opens in the browser; there's no app to install.
- Your own drivers. Your business delivers the orders; QRbox doesn't provide couriers.
- Receipts or invoices. You ring each order through your own till or POS device; QRbox doesn't issue receipts or invoices.
Does QRbox take a commission?
No. QRbox takes no commission on delivery orders; you only pay your QRbox subscription, and delivery is included in every plan. On card payments, iyzico or Stripe charge their own processing fee.
Where does the money go?
When a guest pays, the money goes straight into the iyzico or Stripe account you connected, and on to your bank on the provider's schedule. It never passes through QRbox.
Can guests pay cash at the door?
No. Delivery orders are paid by card, when the order is placed. That way no unpaid order goes out, and fake orders are stopped.
Who provides the drivers?
You do. Your own people deliver the orders; QRbox doesn't find or track couriers. The staff screen gives you the address, phone number, a map link and the driver's slip.
Can we pause delivery when we're busy?
Yes. From the staff screen you pause delivery for 15, 30 or 60 minutes or until you resume it, while table orders carry on. Outside your opening hours delivery is closed anyway, and the menu says when it opens.
What stops fake orders?
No order reaches your staff before it's paid by card. A phone number can only place a limited number of orders an hour, and your staff can block a number from its order card.
Do I have to leave the delivery platforms?
No. QRbox works separately from delivery platforms. Your orders there carry on, while the orders through your own link come with no commission.
